Proxy checker online
Paste one proxy per line. Supported formats: host:port, host:port:login:password, login:password@host:port, socks5://… and http://…
Credentials are used only for this check and are never stored or logged.

How the check works
For every line the tool opens a connection to the proxy from the Cloudflare node closest to you. With SOCKS5 it performs the handshake and logs in when you give a login and password; with HTTP it sends a request through the proxy. Through that tunnel it asks an echo service for the exit address, then closes the connection. The result shows the exit IP, where that address is located, the network that owns it and how long the request took.
Auto detect tries SOCKS5 first and falls back to HTTP. Pick the protocol yourself when you already know it; the check is faster that way.
Formats you can paste
host:portfor proxies without a loginhost:port:login:password, the format most sellers exportlogin:password@host:portsocks5://login:password@host:portorhttp://host:portto force the protocol
Up to 100 lines are checked in one run, four at a time. When the run finishes, Copy working puts only the live proxies on your clipboard.
What each status means
| Status | What happened |
|---|---|
| Working | The proxy answered and returned an exit IP. |
| Wrong login or password | The proxy rejected the credentials. |
| Login required | The proxy asks for credentials and the line has none. |
| Connection refused (IP whitelist auth?) | The proxy closed the connection. Often it only accepts whitelisted IPs. |
| No response | Nothing came back within nine seconds. |
| Unreachable | The host or port does not accept connections. |
SOCKS5 or HTTP
An HTTP proxy understands web requests and suits browsers and scrapers that speak HTTP. SOCKS5 works one level lower and carries any TCP traffic, so it fits messengers, games, mail clients and custom software. Many services give both protocols on the same address, in which case the auto check reports SOCKS5.
Proxies with IP authorization
Some providers let you in by IP address alone: you add your IP to a whitelist in their dashboard. The checker connects from Cloudflare addresses that are not on your list, so such proxies show Connection refused even when they work. Switch the proxy to login and password for the check, or test it from the machine whose IP is whitelisted.
Choosing proxies for a task
For scraping, price monitoring and account farming three things matter most: how many threads you can run at once, whether the address rotates on every request, and whether traffic is limited. A private pool with rotation spreads requests across thousands of addresses, so a single IP rarely draws attention. Response time matters too; the Time column here shows real latency through each proxy.
Questions and answers
How do I check if a proxy works?
Paste your proxies, one per line, and press Check proxies. The tool connects to each one, asks for the exit address and shows the country, network and response time.
Which formats are supported?
host:port, host:port:login:password, login:password@host:port, and links that start with socks5:// or http://. Pick the protocol yourself or leave it on auto detect.
Why does the response time differ from mine?
Checks run from the Cloudflare node nearest to you. The time covers connecting to the proxy and one request through it, so it is close to real latency but depends on the route.
Are my proxies and passwords stored?
No. They are used for a single check and dropped right away. We keep no logs.
Why does a working proxy show as refused?
It most likely uses IP authorization and accepts only whitelisted addresses. The check runs from Cloudflare, so use login and password for the test.
How many proxies can I check at once?
Up to 100 lines per run. Run the tool again for the next batch.
Does the checker test HTTPS proxies?
HTTP proxies are checked with a plain request through the proxy, which covers proxies that also handle HTTPS sites.
Can I export only working proxies?
Yes. After the run press Copy working and the live lines go to your clipboard in the same format you pasted.
